Delivery Time and Pickup
When your order will be delivered and when you can pick it up.
When will I receive my order?
Orders received by us on business days before 4:30 PM will be shipped the same day. How long your parcel is then underway depends on the delivery country:
Germany: usually within 2 business days, delivery Monday to Friday
Luxembourg: usually within 2 business days, delivery Monday to Friday
Netherlands: usually the next business day, delivery Monday to Saturday
Belgium: usually the next business day, delivery Monday to Friday
You choose your preferred delivery date yourself during the ordering process. Only days on which we are able to deliver are offered.
Pickup
Would you rather pick up your order in Zevenhuizen (South Holland, Netherlands)? This is free of charge and possible Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Would you like to pick up outside these hours? Simply get in touch with customer service to discuss the options. We'll have your parcel ready for you so you can get started right away.
Shipping costs
We charge €4.95 for parcel shipping. From an order value of €49.99, parcel shipping is free. Items delivered on a pallet are shipped for €50. Pickup in Zevenhuizen is always free.
