Reflection period/Return
It may happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps you don't like the product after all, or there's another reason why you don't want to keep the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.
After cancelling, you have a further 14 days to send back your product. You will then receive a full refund of the order amount, including shipping costs. Only the cost of returning the item from your home to the webshop is at your own expense. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all accessories supplied and, as far as reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, you can contact us at info@schreuder-e-commerce.com. We will then send you a withdrawal form to fill in and return. We will refund the amount owed within 14 days of registering your return, provided the product has already reached us in good condition.
If the product is damaged, or if the packaging is damaged more than necessary to try out the product, we may charge you for this loss in value of the product. Please therefore handle the product with care and make sure it is well packaged when returning it.

Would you like to exchange your product? You can contact info@schreuder-e-commerce.com for this. You will bear the cost of returning the product yourself.
